Diego Hernandez (Born in 2000) aka Diego Hedez is a Cuban trumpeter – improviser – composer based in New Jersey-New York. 

Diego Hedez has been deeply immersed in the sounds of improvisation since his school days in Cuba, where he developed a unique approach to Latin jazz. In early 2023, Diego moved to the United States, expanding his exploration of improvisational music. Hedez been working with great artist and improviser such as Daniel Carter , William Parker , Francisco Mela , Brandon Lopez , Eva Novoa , Ken Filiano , Federico Ughi among others.
