Shayna Dulberger

Bio

Shayna Dulberger has been an active Bassist in New York City since 2001. She has played in many ensembles including those led by William Parker, Jessica Pavone and Elliot Sharp. Dulberger’s projects include but are not limited to: Chaser, Dromedaries, Warrior of Light and The High Standards. She has an extensive discography in improvised, experimental, noise, free jazz, rock, and contemporary classical music. Shayna collaborates with visual artists, choreographers, poets and writers and has performed for NYC’s Kweli Journal under choreographer, djassi daCosta johnson and Lisa Mezzacappa’s Touch Bass at Berkeley Art Museum/Pacific Film Archive. In 2019, Shayna received a Jerome Foundation funded residency at Roulette to present her music.  has been an active Bassist in New York City since 2001.
